This Client Service Agreement outlines the basic terms between Webify360 and its clients. By engaging Webify360 for services, the client agrees to the terms below.
1. Services
Webify360 provides digital services including website design and development, e-commerce, SEO, digital marketing, social media marketing, advertising, content creation, influencer marketing, and other related services.
The specific services, deliverables, pricing, and timelines will be agreed upon before work begins.
2. Project Scope
Webify360 will provide the services described in the agreed proposal, quotation, or project scope.
Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and may affect the project timeline.
3. Payments
Clients agree to pay the fees according to the agreed payment schedule.
Work may begin only after any required deposit or initial payment has been received. Delayed payments may result in work being paused until the account is brought up to date.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate information, content, images, access credentials, approvals, and other materials required to complete the project.
Delays in providing required information or approvals may affect the project timeline.
5. Revisions and Approvals
The number of revisions included in a project will be specified in the agreed proposal or scope.
Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving completed work in a timely manner.
6. Third-Party Services
Some projects may require third-party services such as hosting, domain registration, advertising platforms, plugins, software, payment gateways, or other tools.
Third-party fees are generally the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Webify360 is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, or policies imposed by third-party providers.
7. SEO and Marketing
Webify360 will make reasonable professional efforts to improve online visibility, traffic, engagement, or marketing performance.
However, SEO, advertising, social media, and other marketing services cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or revenue.
8. Intellectual Property
Ownership of final project materials will be handled according to the agreed proposal or payment terms.
Webify360 may use its own tools, processes, templates, technologies, or third-party resources that remain subject to their respective ownership and licensing rights.
9. Confidentiality
Both Webify360 and the client agree to treat confidential business and project information shared during the engagement responsibly and not disclose it unnecessarily to third parties.
10. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may request to end an ongoing service or project subject to the applicable agreement and outstanding payments.
Fees for work already completed or services already provided may remain payable.
11. Limitation of Liability
Webify360 will provide services with reasonable professional care but cannot guarantee specific business results.
Webify360 will not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including third-party platforms, hosting providers, advertising platforms, technical failures, or changes to search engine algorithms.
12. Agreement Changes
Webify360 may update this Client Service Agreement when necessary. The terms applicable to a specific project may also be defined in the client’s proposal, quotation, or written agreement.
